Proxy websites are very useful tools if you want to jump around a firewall at School or Work. We’re not going to go into the details of whether or not you should be using a proxy website. Chances are good that if you need to use a proxy website to get your work done, the network administrator should be notified and an exception should be added to the official firewall’s rules.
